Professor of Technology, Art and Design

Responsibilities

• Deliver academic programs in Technology, Art, and Design, ensuring learning objectives and evaluations are met.
• Act as the Technical Head Coach for the robotics team, leading technical training, robot construction, and programming.
• Develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and competency-based didactic materials.
• Provide academic advising to students and maintain excellent communication with parents and faculty.
• Promote STEM initiatives through science fairs, workshops, and community programs.
• Coordinate with industrial mentors, laboratories, and external providers for robotics and engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Systems, Electronic Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (must be graduated/titulado).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the High School, Middle School, or Professional level.
• Proficiency in CAD design, programming, electronics, and digital manufacturing.
• Proven experience as a mentor, coach, or participant in robotics programs.
• English proficiency at a C1 level or native speaker.
