Professor of Management and Leadership

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver rigorous, challenging learning experiences aligned with international academic excellence standards.
• Strengthen and update the Management and Leadership program to enhance its academic differentiation.
• Generate impact through relevant academic production or professional industry linkage.
• Collaborate strategically with the academic faculty to consolidate the Business School's global positioning.
• Contribute to the development of student competencies in areas such as strategic planning, foresight, and agile organizational models.

Requirements

• PhD in Administration, Strategy, or Innovation/Business Transformation (required).
• Master's degree in Administration, Strategy, Family Business, or Business Innovation/Transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional industry experience.
• International academic or professional experience.
