Professor of Management and Leadership

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver rigorous, challenging learning experiences aligned with international academic excellence standards.
• Strengthen and update the Management and Leadership program to enhance academic differentiation.
• Contribute to the development of student competencies in strategic planning, foresight, and agile organizational models.
• Generate impact through relevant academic production or professional industry linkages.
• Collaborate strategically with the academic faculty to consolidate the positioning of the Business School.

Requirements

• PhD in Administration, Strategy, or Innovation/Business Transformation (required).
• Master's degree in Administration, Strategy, Family Business, Data Science, or People Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience.
• At least 3 years of professional industry experience.
• International academic or professional experience.
