Professor in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic imaging services for the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH)
• Deliver clinical and didactic instruction to professional veterinary students and house officers
• Engage in collaborative or independent research and scholarship (requirements vary by track)
• Work alongside specialty clinicians to interpret and manage complex cases
• Support small and large animal services within the VTH

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent foreign degree (e.g., BVSc)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology/Imaging by the American College of Veterinary Radiology (ACVR) or the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (ECVDI)
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collegially in a collaborative environment
• For tenure track: A significant record of, or potential for, research and scholarship appropriate to the applied rank

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of extramurally-funded research (for Associate/Full Professor tenure track)
• National or international recognition in the field of veterinary diagnostic imaging
• Experience in community outreach, access, and engagement
