Professor in Luxury Business and Hospitality Management

Responsibilities

• Advance Glion’s applied research agenda by producing high-quality research and contributing to accreditation KPIs
• Support industry engagement by integrating practitioner insights and partnerships into research and teaching
• Contribute to the strategic development of the GRPI department through research themes and funding initiatives
• Provide research leadership and mentoring to junior faculty and supervise publication pipelines
• Deliver high-level teaching at graduate and executive levels, embedding research insights into the student experience
• Ensure academic excellence through curriculum innovation and modern pedagogical design

Requirements

• Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field
• Internationally recognized track record of research excellence in luxury hospitality
• Significant experience in developing and leading academic programs and research initiatives
• Proven success in securing research grants, industry partnerships, or externally funded projects
• Demonstrated leadership within an academic or research environment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an advantage
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality sector trends and industry networks
