Professor in Gross Anatomy

Responsibilities

• Uphold the University’s tripartite mission of teaching, research, and service.
• Provide classroom, clinical, and laboratory instruction for veterinary students, graduate students, interns, and graduate veterinarians.
• Engage in scholarly activities and foster collaborative research within the Department of Biomedical Sciences.
• Conduct research and attract extramural funding in areas of specialty or collaborative research.
• Advise graduate students and support the graduate program through recruitment and project development.
• Participate in department, college, and university committees and meetings.
• Contribute to the development of innovative teaching and research programs.

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree, or a graduate degree (MS or PhD) in Gross Anatomy of Domestic Animals.
• Minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience in gross anatomy or related fields.
• Demonstrated evidence of research experience and scholarly productivity.
