Professor Emergency Medicine Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and didactic teaching in Emergency Medicine
• Serve as the course director for the emergency medicine course delivered during the fourth year of the DVM program
• Engage in curriculum development and the creation of innovative learning resources
• Participate in university committee service, including admissions, curriculum, and research committees
• Contribute to the research and scholarly goals of the College of Veterinary Medicine through independent or collaborative clinically-based research
• Promote the college's mission of academic excellence and service to stakeholders

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Demonstrated expertise in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care
• Specialty board certification or eligibility (ACVAA or equivalent)
