Professional Training Lead Expert

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the company's professional training and dual education activities
• Design and develop training programs in compliance with vocational training regulations
• Define corporate training content and coordinate requirements with educational institutions
• Manage corporate schedules and align them with school timetables
• Develop, implement, and monitor learning organization processes
• Select dual education students and organize learning groups
• Maintain relationships with secondary and higher education institutions and professional partners
• Organize and manage professional examinations in cooperation with examination centers
• Participate in talent management and succession planning programs
• Monitor the regulatory environment to ensure operational compliance
• Provide professional guidance and support to instructors and mentors

Requirements

• Higher education degree (pedagogical, technical, or natural science backgrounds preferred)
• Several years of experience in education, training organization, or learning management
• Strong knowledge of dual education regulations and legal frameworks
• Proficiency in English
• Valid B category driver's license
• Proficiency in MS Office

• Participation in educational development projects
• Experience in corporate-educational partnerships
• Experience in organizing career orientation programs
