Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month structured rotational program covering facets of Ready-Mix operations, including Plant Management, Quality Control, Fleet Maintenance, Sales, and Dispatch.
• Uphold safety excellence by adhering to and promoting company safety protocols across all operational sites.
• Engage in project-based learning to understand the relationships between business lines such as Aggregates, Cement, and Supply Chain.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on fieldwork, formal training sessions, and professional mentorship.
• Contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement within Ready-Mix operations.
• Build a professional network by collaborating with peers, mentors, and leadership across the organization.

Requirements

• Recent bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 (preference for 3.0 or higher).
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. as required by rotational assignments.
• Ability to work in a mix of office and outdoor field environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous industry experience gained through internships, co-op programs, or relevant university projects.
