Professional Talent Development Engineer Cement

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 12-month rotational program covering Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management.
• Uphold safety excellence by adhering to and promoting strict safety protocols across all operations.
• Engage in project-based learning to collaborate with various business lines, including Aggregates, Cement, Ready-Mix/Concrete, and Supply Chain.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work, formal training sessions, and professional mentorship.
• Contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement within Cement operations.
• Build a professional network by connecting with peers, mentors, and leaders across the company.

Requirements

• Recent bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Manufacturing, or Mining/Materials Science Engineering (or a related field).
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 (preference for 3.0 or higher).
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. as required by rotations.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in heavy or manufacturing industries (internships, co-ops, or university projects) is preferred.
