About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 12-month rotational program covering Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management.
- Uphold safety excellence by adhering to and promoting strict safety protocols across all operations.
- Engage in project-based learning to collaborate with various business lines, including Aggregates, Cement, Ready-Mix/Concrete, and Supply Chain.
- Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work, formal training sessions, and professional mentorship.
- Contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement within Cement operations.
- Build a professional network by connecting with peers, mentors, and leaders across the company.
Requirements
- Recent bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Manufacturing, or Mining/Materials Science Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 (preference for 3.0 or higher).
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to relocate within the U.S. as required by rotations.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in heavy or manufacturing industries (internships, co-ops, or university projects) is preferred.
