Responsibilities

• Design and execute PS hiring strategy, including sourcing plans and full-cycle recruiting for Implementation Consultants and leadership roles
• Partner with PS hiring managers and the Head of Talent to forecast headcount and define candidate profiles
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience for senior and consultative talent
• Develop scalable recruiting systems, including interview loops and scorecards
• Drive outbound sourcing for enterprise implementation and delivery talent
• Influence employer brand by partnering with Marketing on authentic messaging
• Track and report metrics such as pipeline velocity and conversion rates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Recruiting peers

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Direct experience hiring Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or Customer Success roles at a B2B SaaS company
• Demonstrated success recruiting for enterprise motions
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS delivery and implementation
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use recruiting metrics
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• High agency and adaptability in early-stage environments
• Based in or willing to work from San Francisco HQ, 5 days/week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an early recruiter at a Series A–B startup
• Familiarity with PS or consulting compensation structures
