Professional Services Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex implementations and multi-faceted learning delivery engagements to ensure successful platform integration.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility with relevant stakeholders.
• Establish detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Proactively track project accomplishments and execute risk management to meet quality standards.
• Communicate project status effectively to internal management and external customers.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress across a customer portfolio.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of Project Manager experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree (or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree).
• Proven experience managing projects as a billable consultant.
• Experience working with Platform as a Service (PaaS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to work in a virtual environment and manage multiple virtual teams across different time zones.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of LMS or LCMS platforms and learning content integration.
• Experience with talent transformation, Learning & Development, or organizational change management.

• Competitive target base salary range of $105,000 - $115,000.
