Responsibilities
- Act as the primary PMO point of escalation for Regional Leads and Delivery Directors
- Lead the design and evolution of AI-assisted workflows and automated operational follow-ups
- Maintain real-time portfolio health views using AI-augmented reporting and heatmaps
- Manage resource allocation and demand forecasting using Kantata
- Oversee automated monitoring of timesheet and system compliance
- Collaborate with Finance to produce monthly operational and financial KPIs
- Drive adoption and data quality for the PSA platform
Requirements
- 5+ years in Professional Services operations, PMO, or service delivery operations
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and workflow automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate)
- Proficiency in PSA platforms (Kantata preferred) and Microsoft 365
- Proven track record in portfolio/programme status reporting and governance
- Experience operating across multiple geographies and time zones
- Strong analytical skills and data literacy
- Experience with Jira, Tempo, Confluence, or Salesforce is advantageous
