Professional Services Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and manage scalable processes for SE and ProServ teams
• Build data-driven frameworks and dashboards for performance and forecasting
• Partner with ProServ leadership to monitor activation and go-live rates
• Measure and analyze utilization, services attach rate, and margin performance
• Analyze trends to influence strategic decisions and operational priorities
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Analytics, Finance, and RevOps
• Own and improve operational systems such as RocketLane and Salesforce

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Operations, ideally in high-growth SaaS or AI
• Proficiency in Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data integrity)
• Experience with PSA platforms like RocketLane or similar
• Advanced data modeling and analytics skills using Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic business acumen and proactive problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Partners
• Experience with Tableau, Gong, or SQL
