Professional Services Manager, Fleet

Responsibilities

• Deploy network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon’s Fleet solutions in a customer-facing, post-sale role
• Identify and implement technical solutions with minimal assistance in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct training sessions for customer technical points of contact and end users on Axon product applications
• Create accurate computer network diagrams and documentation for system design and planning
• Coordinate customer engagement and execute field commissioning tests
• Deliver timely and detailed project deployment reports
• Engage with technology decision makers, including Chiefs of Police, Sheriffs, and IT Directors
• Troubleshoot applications, computers, networks, and products
• Validate the quality of 12V DC sub-contractor installations

Requirements

• 3+ years of advanced computer network implementation experience, including systems software, Windows operating systems, and hardware configurations
• Knowledge of Cradlepoint router configuration, implementation, and deployment
• Understanding of 12-volt DC circuit theory and electrical wiring diagrams
• Ability to lift or carry tools up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
• Valid driver’s license (must be maintained throughout employment)
• Ability to travel 100% domestically (Monday–Friday)

Preferred Qualifications

• A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications
• Cradlepoint Network Associate or Cradlepoint Network Professional certifications
• Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) or similar ASE Electronics certifications
• Military electronics technician experience
