Professional Services Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and consultants, including Innovation Architects, Technical Architects, and Technical Account Managers.
• Drive regional capacity planning and delivery readiness for the Japan market.
• Coach senior practitioners to act as trusted advisors for enterprise customers.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support growth, renewals, and customer confidence.
• Adapt global Professional Services programs to meet Japanese market expectations and cultural nuances.
• Serve as the primary escalation and decision authority for the Japan region.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS roles.
• Proven track record of leading senior practitioners in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong expertise in delivery governance, prioritization, and escalation management.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken).
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.

• Experience leading Professional Services teams specifically within the Japan market.
• Familiarity with high-touch, relationship-driven enterprise delivery models.
• Experience adapting global programs to meet local market needs.
• An AI-first mindset with a track record of using AI to drive delivery excellence or innovation.
