Professional Services Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, customize, and troubleshoot banking applications including VCP LITE/KIOSK NDC-DDC and Vynamic View.
• Support Proof of Concept (POC), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and EMV ADVT/MTIP certifications.
• Plan, schedule, and manage projects to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on escalated technical issues and provide permanent resolutions.
• Collaborate with vendor support teams for software updates, patches, and issue resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues within established SLA timelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers during project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 3–4 years of experience in the banking or BFSI technology domain.
• Technical expertise with VCP LITE/KIOSK NDC-DDC, Probase, Procashin, or Vynamic View.
• Familiarity with EMV, MTIP, and ADVT regulatory standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
