Professional Services Delivery Lead/Senior Consultant

Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for supply chains, offering out-of-the-box AI solutions for optimizing networks, allocating inventory, scheduling routes, and more. The platform empowers both business and technical users with end-to-end product composability, leveraging no-code tools and custom code to build supply chain decision intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from discovery through go-live, leading blueprinting sessions and technical design workshops
• Translate real-world supply chain constraints into composable, AI-native solutions using the Lyric platform stack
• Write SQL and Python to configure business logic and rapidly prototype working models
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide field feedback that shapes the product roadmap
• Mentor junior engineers and turn recurring field challenges into reusable design patterns
• Apply AI tools, including LLM-assisted coding and ML-powered workflows, to accelerate delivery

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in supply chain consulting, professional services, or SaaS delivery
• Hands-on expertise in Network Optimization, S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or Production Scheduling
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL for data transformation and modeling logic
• Proven experience architecting and delivering complex, enterprise-grade supply chain solutions
• Ability to translate technical concepts for C-suite audiences and ambiguous requirements into technical architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with legacy planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder
• Natural integration of AI tools (LLM-assisted modeling, prompt engineering) into professional workflows
• Experience working in fast-moving, lean startup environments
