Professional Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
• Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite
• Act as a subject matter expert to guide clients through treasury best practices and modernization
• Take a hands-on approach to platform configuration to ensure technical setup aligns with strategic vision
• Facilitate high-impact training sessions to ensure clients realize maximum ROI from solutions
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the product roadmap

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations (ERP or SaaS)
• Technical competence in complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
• Expertise in treasury domains such as cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
• Financial proficiency in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance
• Fluency in both English and German is required
