Professional Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the installation, configuration, training, and ongoing use of Redwood solutions
• Perform detailed analysis, scoping, and effort estimation to meet specific customer requirements
• Provide expert recommendations for configuration, architecture, and installation based on product best practices
• Coordinate with Engagement Managers and other internal resources to update project status, timelines, and effort
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both business and technical stakeholders
• Utilize project plan templates and architecture diagrams to guide customer implementations
• Travel to customer sites, partner locations, and Redwood Software offices as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT Consulting experience
• Proven competence in installation, architecture design, and testing
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and integrations
• Knowledge of Cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with identity providers (Active Directory, Okta) and understanding of SSO/SAML
• Knowledge of SAP job scheduling or other scheduling solutions like Autosys or Control-M
• Power user level proficiency in UNIX, Windows, and Linux
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of communication protocols including HTTP, FTP, and SSH
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple client projects simultaneously
