Professional Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation engagements to accelerate time-to-value.
• Partner with customers to discover high-value use cases and align Pendo capabilities to business goals.
• Enable customers on Pendo products including Analytics, Guides, NPS, and Session Replay.
• Deliver custom consulting services ranging from technical configuration to establishing product operations and governance.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to timelines.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from daily practitioners to executive sponsors.
• Contribute to the Professional Services practice by improving playbooks and mentoring teammates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS consulting, professional services, implementation, or customer success.
• Foundational to intermediate proficiency in CSS and HTML for technical implementation work.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js with the ability to write production-quality code.
• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep curiosity and the ability to translate complex customer goals into practical technical approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, integration patterns, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• SQL proficiency and expertise in data modeling.
• Background in digital adoption, product analytics, customer experience, or product operations.
• Proven experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
