About the role

Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote electrophysiology products within a defined geographic territory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans by analyzing sales figures and identifying account needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers to facilitate future sales
  • Manage key customers through in-service training and procedural observations in electrophysiology laboratories
  • Collaborate with channel partners on market analysis, business strategy, and demand planning
  • Conduct customer education programs to promote the benefits and proper use of electrophysiology products
  • Serve as a primary clinical resource for case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and technical support for EP systems and catheters
  • Attend hospital cases to provide clinical support and development efforts for capital systems
  • Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, EP technology, and the evolving business landscape
  • Travel within the assigned territory (Seoul, Gyeongsang, or Chungcheongnam) as required to ensure business support

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in the medical industry (experience in the Arrhythmia field is preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering or Engineering
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to support customers and accounts
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and teamwork skills
