Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and customer management targets set by the company and regional leadership
- Develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Manage customer profiles and track performance to increase market share for lens products
- Execute sales plans in alignment with company growth strategies
- Conduct telemarketing and phone sales activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to execute promotion plans via existing channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to share ideas and deliver information to audiences
- Proven negotiation skills with a clear understanding of company policies
- Ability to conduct research, gather background knowledge, and draft business plans

- Proficiency in DMS system modules and ability to train others on system usage
