Professional Oral Health Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a national professional promotion team focused on oral health experts
• Design and implement engagement strategies for dentists, scientific societies, universities, and KOLs
• Drive professional recommendation of brands through innovative omnichannel education and activation programs
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Excellence teams for integrated execution
• Generate professional environment insights to identify growth opportunities
• Manage budgets and performance indicators to monitor impact and ROI
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Experience leading strategies for healthcare professionals or specialized recommendation channels
• Experience in Marketing, Professional Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Commercial Excellence
• Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and developing talent
• Ability to execute strategic plans focused on brand growth and demand generation
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability
• Experience in budget management and multifunctional stakeholder management
• Availability to travel within the country

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Consumer Healthcare, OTC, Oral Health, Pharma, or Medical Devices
• Experience working with KOLs, professional associations, or scientific environments
• Experience with omnichannel strategies and professional engagement programs
• Knowledge of the dental ecosystem and Oral Health market
• Degree in Marketing, Administration, Business Engineering, or related fields
• Additional training in leadership or coaching
