About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists.
- Oversee professional development and district implementations across California to ensure exceptional support and student growth.
- Manage a small number of district accounts directly, supporting implementation and delivering professional development.
- Partner with district leaders to create and implement professional development plans aligned with their specific goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and grow customer relationships.
- Travel to support districts, provide professional development, and observe team members (up to 60% travel during back-to-school season).
- Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps for district success.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 2+ years of experience leading a professional development team.
- K-12 teaching experience.
- Must reside in California.
- Must live near a major airport.
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to communicate with teachers and administrators.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
