Professional Learning Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists.
• Oversee professional development and district implementations across California to ensure exceptional support and student growth.
• Manage a small number of district accounts directly, supporting implementation and delivering professional development.
• Partner with district leaders to create and implement professional development plans aligned with their specific goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and grow customer relationships.
• Travel to support districts, provide professional development, and observe team members (up to 60% travel during back-to-school season).
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps for district success.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 2+ years of experience leading a professional development team.
• K-12 teaching experience.
• Must reside in California.
• Must live near a major airport.
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to communicate with teachers and administrators.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
