Professional Land Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead and supervise survey crew staff and drafting technicians
• Manage projects from initiation to completion within budget and timeline
• Provide training and mentorship to staff
• Manage project estimates, job proposals, and financial performance

Requirements

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Missouri
• Experience performing and managing land surveys (property, right-of-way, boundary, ALTA, platting, land divisions, and topographic)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a safe and alert manner
