About the role
Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead and supervise survey crew staff and drafting technicians
- Manage projects from initiation to completion within budget and timeline
- Provide training and mentorship to staff
- Manage project estimates, job proposals, and financial performance
Requirements
- Licensed Land Surveyor (PLS) required
- 8 years of experience in land surveying (property, right-of-way, boundary, ALTA, platting, etc.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Trimble Business Center
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
