Professional Land Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead and supervise survey crew staff and drafting technicians
• Manage projects from initiation to completion within budget
• Provide training and mentorship to staff
• Manage project estimates and job proposals
• Oversee financial performance and profitability of assigned projects

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
• 8 years of experience in land surveying (property, right-of-way, boundary, ALTA, platting, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Trimble Business Center
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
