Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols
• Engage in challenging, project-based work to solve real-world operational problems
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on experience in cement manufacturing, quality, and production
• Present project outcomes and findings to the leadership team
• Collaborate with professionals across the organization to drive process improvements and innovation

Requirements

• Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Junior year standing or higher
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 (3.0 or higher preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work on-site in a mix of office and outdoor field environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience through internships, co-op programs, or relevant university projects
• Passion for the building materials and construction industry
