Professional II, Retail Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead retail marketing for Foot Locker EMEA, driving the execution of integrated marketing plans that bring brand and product stories to life.
• Own and drive retail marketing plans for key strategic partners, translating brand priorities into account-relevant strategies.
• Build and deliver end-to-end consumer journeys across physical and digital retail environments.
• Lead the retail execution of seasonal campaigns and product launches, managing timelines and cross-functional alignment.
• Act as the primary marketing point of contact for Foot Locker to develop deep relationships and drive a collective vision.
• Partner closely with Marketplace, Brand, and Digital teams to ensure consistent storytelling and high-quality delivery of marketing assets.
• Track and evaluate retail marketing performance, leveraging insights to optimize execution and impact.

Requirements

• Experience in Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Account Marketing.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end marketing plans.
• Experience working across cross-functional and external teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Passion for culture, sport, and subculture-driven communities.
