Professional Household Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish, refine, and maintain household organization systems
• Manage seasonal swaps for clothing, holiday décor, and bedding
• Coordinate vendors including landscapers, handymen, and contractors
• Oversee laundry, linen care, and special garment care
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and pantry restocking
• Handle vehicle maintenance scheduling and organization
• Support travel planning, logistics, and family calendar coordination
• Oversee deep cleaning projects and property maintenance
• Maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality

Requirements

• Prior experience managing high-end households
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Up-to-date vaccinations (general, COVID, flu)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong organizational and project management mindset
