Professional Household Manager & Family Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, storage, pantry, and toys
• Reset and tidy rooms daily and monitor household schedules
• Conduct seasonal swaps for clothing, décor, and bedding
• Track and order toiletries and household supplies
• Run errands such as dry cleaning drop-offs and package returns
• Prepare weekly meal support including baked goods, salads, and fruit/veggie prep
• Manage family laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing
• Provide childcare support for school pick-ups, activities, or evening commitments
• Maintain specific zones like the garage and mudroom

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
