Professional Home Cleaning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and move-out cleanings
• Handle short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and perform dusting and detailed finishing work
• Follow SD Sparkle cleaning standards and specific checklists
• Work independently or as part of a small team

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation for travel between jobs in San Diego County
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical stamina to clean for several hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and checklists
