Professional Handyman/Craftsman

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to complete residential repair and improvement projects
• Perform a variety of tasks including drywall repair, carpentry, painting, light plumbing, and electrical fixture installation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within customers' homes
• Communicate project progress and updates with homeowners and office staff
• Use company mobile applications to manage schedules, track time, and document completed work
• Troubleshoot unexpected issues and provide practical solutions on-site
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of paid experience in home repair, remodeling, or a skilled trade
• Professional set of hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transporting tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Basic smartphone and computer proficiency for scheduling and reporting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with residential homeowners in a service-focused environment
• Broad experience across multiple trades and repair disciplines
• Relevant trade licenses or professional certifications
