About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and respond to client requests in METRO halls or by phone
- Advise and orient clients toward equipment adapted to their needs
- Recommend equipment after needs analysis and perform demonstrations
- Stay informed on evolutions in professional catering equipment and products
- Work transversely with all METRO hall teams
- Support the Professional Equipment Solution Account Manager on files
- Establish quotes, sales contracts, and invoices and propose suitable financing
- Place equipment orders
- Manage client files and develop sales through micro-marketing actions
- Receive merchandise and plan installation at the client site
- Receive deliveries and restock shelves while showcasing equipment in the showroom
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of products/equipment and sales techniques
- Strong commercial sense and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle heavy loads and use handling equipment
- Ability to work in a cool environment
