About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and respond to client requests in METRO halls or by phone
- Advise and orient clients toward equipment adapted to their needs
- Recommend equipment after needs analysis and perform demonstrations
- Stay informed on evolutions in professional catering equipment and products
- Establish quotes, sales contracts, and invoices while proposing suitable financing
- Manage equipment orders and client files
- Develop sales through micro-marketing actions like mailing and follow-ups
- Receive merchandise, plan installations, and manage showroom displays
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of professional equipment and products
- Proven sales techniques
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle heavy loads and use handling equipment
- Ability to work in a cool environment
