About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and respond to client requests in METRO halls or by phone
  • Advise and orient clients toward equipment adapted to their needs
  • Recommend equipment after needs analysis and perform demonstrations
  • Stay informed about evolutions in professional catering equipment
  • Establish quotes, sales contracts, and invoices
  • Manage client files and develop sales through micro-marketing actions
  • Receive goods and plan installations at client sites
  • Manage showroom stock and display equipment

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of professional catering products and equipment
  • Proven sales techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and use handling equipment
