About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and respond to client requests in METRO halls or by phone
- Advise and orient clients toward equipment adapted to their needs
- Recommend equipment after needs analysis and perform demonstrations
- Stay informed about evolutions in professional catering equipment
- Establish quotes, sales contracts, and invoices
- Manage client files and develop sales through micro-marketing actions
- Receive goods and plan installations at client sites
- Manage showroom stock and display equipment
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of professional catering products and equipment
- Proven sales techniques
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle heavy loads and use handling equipment
