Professional Development Coach

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders on leadership style, presence, influence, communication, and decision-making
• Support development of core leadership competencies including accountability and emotional intelligence
• Help leaders navigate people-management challenges, conflict, and organizational dynamics
• Guide leaders through transitions such as role expansion or organizational change
• Strengthen leaders’ self-awareness, values alignment, and leadership mindset
• Administer and interpret leadership assessments and development tools
• Co-create development plans aligned with organizational and individual goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Formal training in professional development, personal, or leadership coaching
• Proven experience coaching executives, leaders, or managers
• Professional Certified Coach status
• Strong counseling, facilitation, and coaching skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Counseling, or a related field
