Professional Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Diagnose model performance issues, research alternative options, and deploy solutions.
• Conduct complex statistical analyses of real estate, mortgage, and insurance-related data.
• Apply machine learning and data mining techniques to discover patterns in large datasets.
• Make forecasts and predictions based on modeling of economic and human factors.
• Drive the re-engineering of current production models and prototypes.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative research projects and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Research and test GenAI best practices and solutions for emerging issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Math, Computer Science, Data Science, ML, Statistics, or Physics.
• 3+ years of industry or academic experience in AI/ML, data mining, or statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, R, C++, or Scala.
• Experience building and maintaining models in a cloud environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in network analysis and graph theory.
• Experience integrating GenAI into production solutions.
