Professional, Client Account Services

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal engineering, product, and DBA teams
• Configure and fine-tune Cotality applications to meet specific client workflows and business needs
• Translate raw business requirements into precise technical specifications for developers
• Manage the end-to-end troubleshooting pipeline to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Lead application change projects using project management frameworks to track status and meet deadlines
• Provide strategic communication to clients, managing expectations and delivering clear technical updates
• Proactively identify technical or timeline risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in product implementation, technical support, or a client support role
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to parse complex client requests
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and technical conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with programming languages
• Technical project management or coordination experience
• Familiarity with real estate industry concepts
