About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive technical and economic offers for public and private selection processes in Central America and/or Colombia
- Analyze pre-contractual documents, terms of reference, and bidding conditions
- Manage the end-to-end preparation of assigned proposals
Requirements
- Professional degree in Engineering or related fields (Chemical Engineering preferred)
- 4 years of experience in documentation review, contract validation, and economic offer structuring
- Experience in public and private bidding processes
- Experience in cost estimation for integrity, NDT, gas inspections, and RETIE projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Knowledge of legal regulations in Central America and/or Colombia and contract management
