Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales and customer service at the counter, via telephone, and in-person.
• Identify customer needs and offer the best automotive part alternatives and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions, cash handling, and processing returns following company policy.
• Organize merchandise on the sales floor and in delivery trucks.
• Execute store opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, labeling, and "fronting" products.
• Perform planogram implementation and product scanning.
• Utilize ZNET systems for operational tasks.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria terminada).
• Previous experience in mechanics, auto parts stores, or as a commercial advisor.
• Availability to work rotating shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday through Sunday.
• Studies in automotive technology, mechanics, or related fields (preferred).
