ProExec Intern

Responsibilities

• Support ProExec leaders with real-time executive initiatives, strategic projects, and operational tasks
• Assist in preparing executive-ready materials, including presentations, briefs, dashboards, and meeting summaries
• Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions and leadership discussions
• Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, reviews, and stakeholder engagements
• Track action items, follow-ups, and timelines to ensure alignment and execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance executive processes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to commute to the San Francisco office 2–3 days per week
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
• Demonstrated interest in Professional Liability and Executive Liability insurance
• Experience or exposure to data analysis, process improvement, or project coordination
• Prior internship experience, leadership roles, or active campus involvement
