Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain processing, conveyor, and loading systems in the quarry
• Drive and operate earthmoving machinery, including wheel loaders, dozers, and excavators
• Ensure safe and professional loading of trucks and mobile or stationary processing plants
• Perform troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks on machines and systems
• Maintain and care for work equipment and machinery

Requirements

• Vocational training in a technical or manual field (e.g., industrial mechanic or similar) is ideal
• Experience with earthmoving machinery or a willingness to learn as a career changer
• Physical resilience and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid Class B driving license (Class C is a plus)
• Proficiency in the German language
• Flexibility to work weekends in exceptional cases
