Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines (including 96-cavity systems) and assembly machines
• Troubleshoot and document technical malfunctions
• Prepare packaging materials for the filling of plastic components
• Perform visual quality inspections on plastic parts and maintain documentation
• Label, load, and unload pallets of finished products
• Perform cleaning tasks on injection molding systems and general infrastructure

Requirements

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Professional experience with injection molding machines or mechanical tasks is an advantage
• Readiness to work in a 4-shift system
• Fluent German language skills
• Reliable, punctual, and structured way of working
• Ability to follow strict processes and quality standards
