Responsibilities

• Operate the wet recycling plant in a 3-shift system to ensure safe and efficient production
• Supply the conveyor belt with processed inert material to maintain a stable production flow
• Independently feed the plant using a wheel loader to ensure continuous material availability
• Monitor for malfunctions and process fluctuations, reacting quickly to ensure seamless recycling and production
• Participate in the optimization of ongoing manufacturing processes and support adjacent teams as needed

Requirements

• Initial experience as a plant operator in a manufacturing industry
• Technical background or vocational training is an advantage
• High awareness of occupational safety and quality standards
• Solution-oriented and goal-oriented way of working
• Reliability and a high sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with operating a wheel loader or similar machinery, or willingness to learn quickly
