Responsibilities

• Independent setup, control, and monitoring of automated machine and production systems in a 3-shift operation
• Preparation of raw materials for the grinding and burning (calcination) processes
• Analysis and troubleshooting of technical malfunctions, coordinating with maintenance when necessary
• Execution of inspection, maintenance, and cleaning tasks on assigned equipment
• Performance and documentation of continuous process controls
• Participation in the optimization of ongoing manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Initial experience as a machine operator or plant operator in a manufacturing industry
• Technical background or vocational training is an advantage
• High awareness of occupational safety and quality standards
• Solution-oriented and goal-oriented way of working
• Reliability and a high sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system
• Valid forklift license is a plus
