Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production systems and machinery to ensure smooth production processes
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and independent troubleshooting of minor technical faults
• Monitor safety, quality, and production workflows, documenting all steps according to specifications
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and maintain high production standards

Requirements

• Technical understanding and ideally experience in production or as a machine operator
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts)
