Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production plants to ensure smooth manufacturing processes
• Identify faulty operating states early to prevent and resolve production disturbances
• Prepare production materials independently, such as the preparation of culture media
• Perform post-production tasks including assembly, packaging, labeling, and cleaning of equipment
• Conduct independent visual quality controls to ensure product standards
• Participate in continuous improvement processes to optimize operational workflows

Requirements

• Vocational training as a machine operator, biological technician, food technician, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working in cleanroom environments under high hygiene standards
• Proven experience operating industrial machinery
• High level of reliability, diligence, and precision
• Strong initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team
