Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of hydraulic control blocks and complete units according to technical diagrams
• Conduct thorough inspections of components for cleanliness and the absence of metal shavings
• Execute professional leak testing on control blocks and individual components
• Perform quality controls to identify defects in milled paths, sealing surfaces, or threads
• Document test results and report production orders using SAP and internal database systems
• Create inspection certificates in accordance with DIN EN 10204:2005 standards

Requirements

• Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Mechanical Engineer, Mechanic, Toolmaker, or similar)
• Several years of relevant experience in the metalworking sector
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics
• Proficiency in using modern IT systems, specifically SAP and MS Office
• Solid German language skills to understand technical instructions and documentation
• Reliable, precise, and independent working style with a team-oriented mindset
